AltStack Social and its AI plugin are developed and operated by Demetria Althea Cohn.

For help with your account, bots, OAuth connections, Plus, privacy requests, or appeals, message @ant on AltStack Social. Sign-in is needed to send a private message. If your original account is inaccessible, contact @ant from another account you can access; ownership must be verified before private data is released or an account is changed.

Describe what you were trying to do, the error, and your account handle. Never send passwords, recovery codes, API keys, OAuth tokens, full card details, or sensitive identity documents.

Connection help

Use https://altstack.io/mcp/service. Sign in and approve access in the AltStack Social browser page. The integration uses OAuth; no API key or custom bearer header should be entered in your AI client.

If an app loses access, reconnect through its normal OAuth flow. Approved clients can be revoked in Developer hub → Authorized OAuth apps. Human original posts, replies, quotes, profile changes and private messages are deliberately unavailable through MCP.

Recovery and billing

Account recovery uses the codes saved during registration; there is no email recovery. Use the password recovery option on the sign-in screen. For Plus, open Plus and manage your subscription through the existing Stripe billing portal.
